Ragnar Lothbrok Viking Axe
How did Ragnar Lothbrok rise from farmer, to earl, to king?
It was his courage, belief in the Old Gods, and his axe! Because you cannot conquer England with just courage and belief, you need an axe, a tough one!
Inspired by the original axe used by Ragnar, we made this bearded axe to be identical to it!
Forged by skilled blacksmiths with high carbon steel, the head of this axe is robust, resilient, and sharp.
The shaft is made of hard rosewood which makes it durable, dense and very tough.
The leather straps add a strong grip to the handle so you can control it effortlessly.
When not used, protect the head (and prevent injury) with the handmade leather sheath that comes with the axe for free.

This is very well-made, it is weighted nicely so that is is easy to hold and use. The handle and the blade are well held together and does not wobble. The leather is nicely wrapped around the handle and it has a nice leather blade over that hooks to your belt. It is quality craftsmanship
Solid design with a good weight for accurate throwing.
Battle-ready but wonderful as a decoration as well. Also simple to sharpen. Wooden handle is decorated nicely. True leather hood is great protection for the thick blade and well made. Rugged and amazing to look at. Excellent construction on the handle. A cool gift idea.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The quality of build is better than expected. I wish they offered an engraving service. Everything seems very high quality. No only does it have a Viking look, and the weight to match, this hatchet is out performing my expectations. I do not want to sound like an infomercial, but this tool is a very sturdy one to chop wood. I would take it to my camping trips for sure anytime. Great job.

The axe is very beautiful, very well detailed, but the metal is not tigh and it has some movement on the stick.

I received my first of two Ragnar Lothbrok axes today and after removing the packaging was so bummed to feel how shakey the axe head is. I really hope this can be resolved as I have placed other orders of the same product.

It's a lovely piece. However, the axe head is loose on the shaft, and wiggles about. I suppose, even though the axe head is fully functional, it's may be because this is meant to be a display item. Sigh, I'll have to rely on something else for home protection, I suppose.
