Details:
- Material: Hand-forged iron.
- Finish: Semi-polished, with visible forging marks for authenticity.
Care Instructions:
- Wash by hand only – Avoid the dishwasher. Gently clean with warm water and mild soap, then dry immediately with a towel.
- Never let it soak – Extended contact with water can cause rust.
- Apply a light coat of oil – After drying, you can rub a small amount of food-safe mineral oil or vegetable oil onto the surface to prevent moisture from settling on the metal.

Store in a dry place – Keep it in a dry drawer or container when not in use. A cloth wrap or pouch helps protect it from humidity.
I am no expert but when i saw the cutlery set, i ordered it hoping for it to be of the quality i imagined it was back in the day. WoW, just WoW. This set exceeded my expectations. Hoping for a discount on a larger order to make them up to eight sets.

Both of my Cuttlery sets arrived today. I do like them but was a little let down with the size. In the images, they look a lot bigger than what I have been given. They're smaller than a normal set of cuttlery knifes, forks and spoons. Also the quality was slightly less than expected. If they'd come straight from the forge to the delivery box, then that would make sence... regrdless, I like them, just would have liked them to be twice the size. In saying that, if you make them twice the size, count me in.

I didn't read the reviews till after I recieved my set.
I just recieved my set today; the black and white box is covered in runes. As soon as I opened the box the first thing that "hit" me is the strong smell of leather.
I took the brown leather pouch out of the box and you see the quality work put into making the pouch. Even stitching with smooth edges with a flap that secures in the front to retain the cutlery. The back side has a loop that you can attach the pouch to a belt. Would be cool to have a black pouch option; but regardless of color they didn't skimp out on the quality of their work.
The cutlery is individually packaged and carefully put into the pouch. They are covered in protective grease to prevent damage. To remove the grease; Wipe the metal till it is clear of the grease. Rinse with soapy water and immediately after. Then lightly coat them with Vegtable Oil. The vegetable oil will be the food safe protection for the cutlery. Apply this process after using the cutlery to ensure they don't rust.
The cutlery is smaller than I though; but with the kits intention of being mobile you also don't want to carry something heavy either. Every ounce counts.
You can tell the blacksmith took his time and put effort into their work. Takes a lot of attention to detail including the right temperature and when to quench to prevent the metal from being brittle. Be careful the knife is really sharp.
All in all; I plan to buy a couple more sets down the road. The set may be expensive; with the quality of work it is worth every penny.
