- Apply a light coat of oil – After drying, you can rub a small amount of food-safe mineral oil or vegetable oil onto the surface to prevent moisture from settling on the metal.

I am no expert but when i saw the cutlery set, i ordered it hoping for it to be of the quality i imagined it was back in the day. WoW, just WoW. This set exceeded my expectations. Hoping for a discount on a larger order to make them up to eight sets.

Both of my Cuttlery sets arrived today. I do like them but was a little let down with the size. In the images, they look a lot bigger than what I have been given. They're smaller than a normal set of cuttlery knifes, forks and spoons. Also the quality was slightly less than expected. If they'd come straight from the forge to the delivery box, then that would make sence... regrdless, I like them, just would have liked them to be twice the size. In saying that, if you make them twice the size, count me in.

I meant to write this review when I received my order before Christmas. But the "holiday cheer" clouded my memory. About 4 weeks out from Christmas, I ordered 4 sets of the Forged Norse Cutlery Set. Christmas started getting closer. I was getting concerned that my order would not arrive for Christmas. I contacted Odin's and they were so proactive and kept an open line of communication. My order shipped within a couple days of my first e-mail to Odins. The cutlery sets were a hit!!! everyone loved them. Odins provides a unique high quality product with awesome customer service.
