Sleeves are bit longer but fits OK.
Both buttons for sleeve shortening are missing but they sent me a knew one and it's perfect.

Got the shirt and the leather belt/pouches. Good belt, decent pouches, love the latch design, shirt fits awesome. I did order beige but got white which really ain’t a big deal to me 🤷
