My award winning chef nephew, visiting
the US and from the UK saw this. He asked me to order it. Uses it daily. Loves it. Beautiful, sharp, A+. He invests wisely in his chef knives and cutlery. Even flew his knives with him. Although I have a very high quality set. His are better.
