Skeggøx Norse Axe with Engraved Runes
A new masterpiece Viking axe that draws inspiration from Viking artifacts.
The Skeggøx axe features hand-carved Norse Elder Futhark runes along its aged hardwood shaft.
Constructed to last and designed to perform, each battle axe features a skegg axe head (bearded - elongated, hooked shape) with semi-razor sharp edge which has been given an excellent heat treatment to achieve a 56-58 Rockwell scale hardness.

Care Instructions:
- Oil the head after every use to prevent rust and corrosion.
- Wipe off dirt, sap, or moisture before storing.
- For the handle: apply wood oil or wax occasionally to prevent drying and cracking.
- Do not leave exposed to harsh weather or store in damp areas.
- Never store in a leather sheath for long periods without first applying oil to the metal surface.

The Haft is very sturdy but the leather binding isn’t all that necessary. The Axe head is forged very well and snug to where there is no wiggle due to it being pinned.
I bought one hoping the quality was up to what they said. I bought another after receiving it because it is absolutely beautiful and everything as advertised.
